Undergoing a renovation or remodel can be one of the most disruptive and stressful events your family will ever experience, so it is vital that you find a contractor you can trust with the keys to your home – and your life.
Vetting your contractor is critical.
Most restoration companies rely heavily on multiple subcontractors, and notoriously spread themselves thin by taking on simultaneous projects. The net result is almost always a protracted process with ever-changing finishing dates. Many contractors also lack the critical skills to deliver a superior final product.
When I established Mike Zavaglia Renovation Services in 2000, it was with the sole intent of delivering a superior product and more intimate experience to my clients. I have remained true to my vision. I am an expert craftsman and perfectionist, passionate about all areas of the restoration process. Each client receives my individual and undivided attention, ensuring that the process flows seamlessly from start to finish; continuously and with minimal disruption.
On the occasion when it is necessary that I bring in a tradesman, I draw from a narrow pool of highly skilled contractors. That said, I also encourage my clients to be involved at whatever level they are comfortable with, whether that means final approvals on design criteria and details, or rolling up their sleeves and taking on whatever aspects of the job that they feel comfortable with. It is the client’s project, and ultimate right to decide.
Above all else, I want my clients to be as ecstatic about the results of their project as my previous clients are.
